Who we are

AZGHAM is a digital marketing agency with clients in many countries. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email hello@azgham.com or send a WhatsApp message to +92 349 4707649.

What information do we collect?

  • Information you enter in our forms: your name, work email, company, website, the challenge you describe, the service you are interested in and any message you write.
  • Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, together with the contact details attached to them.
  • Limited technical data: when a form is submitted, we briefly use your IP address to block spam and misuse.
  • One setting saved in your own browser that records whether you closed the announcement bar at the top of the site. This is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies at present. If that changes, we will revise this policy and ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.

How do we use your information?

  • To answer your enquiry and set up a call if you request one.
  • To put together your free growth audit and written plan.
  • To provide our services if you become a client, and to manage the working relationship.
  • To protect our website and forms from spam and misuse.
  • To comply with our legal and accounting duties.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to train public AI models.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on four grounds: the consent you give when you submit a form, steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself once you are a client, and our legitimate interest in running a secure business. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Who do we share it with?

We only share information with the service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent each one needs:

  • The company that hosts our website, which processes form submissions.
  • Our email delivery service, which passes form submissions to our inbox.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you decide to contact us through it.
  • Professional advisers, and public authorities where the law demands it.

Some providers may handle data outside your country. When that happens, we rely on suitable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long do we keep it?

We hold enquiry details only while we need them to reply and follow up, and for 24 months at most if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship, then for as long as legal and accounting rules require.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email us to use any of these rights and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

How do we protect it?

The site runs over encrypted HTTPS, only the people who need enquiries can see them, and we check each provider's security practices before we start using them.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. Any major change will also be flagged on the website.
